Spec me for £400 budget please

Hi guys,

A mate wants me to build him a PC and his budget is £400.

I can only assume his case, PSU maybe, CD/DVD drive, fans etc will be salvageable.

So a CPU, motherboard, memory and GPU is all thats required atm.

He doesnt play many games so a low budget GPU is all thats needed.

He is also very keen to get into overclocking so a board with a new user friendly bios will help

how old is the PSU?

what is the pc for?

is any special features needed ,i.e. lots of HDD space?
