Would the ATI 4850 not be a better choice of graphics? Granted it is £30 more but it seems to be a beast!

i know i know i cheated..

but look what you can get if you save money on the case..

if the case is a MUST MUST!!! then id do that^

Does he need an OS as well? If so there is little chance he can build a decent gaming system for £600 if he demands that case, which isn't even that good. I can recommend the monitor because my brother has one on his system and for the price it is very good. Save a bit by getting a different case. Also, you are going to need 4GB of ram if you want Vista 64, anything less and the system will chug.

Tell your friend to stop being so stubborn about the case, plus it looks horrible anyway.

No no al sort him with a OS =p and yes the case is a must must =( not my choice or money is it... ahh well thanks for the decent specs he did pref an ATI card but a 4850 is to pricey and then the 9000GT is better than the next step down in ATI so...

Will the GT fit in that case tho?
am sure it says it can fit a GTX card so shudnt be prob.
