I’m hoping you guys can help spec me a reliable build for around £800 to use with Adobe CS5 design standard, 3D games, some basic video editing, and also some older programs that don’t take advantage of multiple cores. I can comfortably go up to £850.

I have a mouse, keyboard, speakers, and monitor - so I just need the box and it’s contents.

Included in the spec should be Windows 7 Professional 64bit.

Many thanks in advance!

I decided to go for a Nvidia™ GPU as your programs may be able to use CUDA® and/or PhysX®

Thanks stulid, that spec looks excellent to me :)

My only slight query is regarding the choice of Windows 7 Home Premium over the Professional version. The reason I mentioned Professional in my OP is because it comes with XP Mode - Have people found XP Mode useful, or is it more of a system hog?

lol, sorry no. I had looked at their version comparison page but didn't look any deeper.

Thanks stulid, really appreciate your time
