Spec me for upgrade!

I have up to 500 to spend at the end of September for a massive upgrade for my system.

I currently have:

AMD Athlon X4 640
ASRock M3N78D
7GB DDR3 memory (2gb, 2gb, 2gb, 1gb)
ASUS GTX560
2 x 500GB HDD
EZCOOL Infinity 700W psu

What I would like:

New psu
ssd
mobo
cooler (if possible)
8gb ram
cpu

As I said, 500£ is the MAX! I can go!

True Spirit 120 is a better cooler.

Sammy 830 is quite a bit quicker at small file ops.
