Looking for recommendations on a freestanding punch bag. There are so many to choose from I don’t know where to start.
Unfortunately I have no where to safely hang a heavy bag or I would go that route.
I am 6ft3 and currently weigh around 117kg, so thinking i may need a taller one?
looking to spend no more than 200 quid, hopefully less.
Anyone out there use one that they would recommend based on experience?
