Hey Guys,

Hope you are having a good Christmas :)

I'm after a computer Tower , I will be saving my DVD Re writer and my 2TB HDD , However I would like to add a SSD for the operating system.

I won't be overclocking as I don't know how too :)

I'm currently using a 700W Jeantech Storm PSU - People recommend that you use a decent PSU?

The system will be mainly using for Gaming (BO2 , CSGO , BF3) and light Internet browsing/emails

If the Budget can be increased to £800 what would you change?

Hope you can assist?

The SSD is out of stock but its better than the standard 840 SSD. Overclocking is dead easy you simply need to up the multiplier in the BIOS, heatsink is there to keep the temps in check. Mobo has a 3 year uk based warranty as does the GPU. PSU is modular and gold rated for efficiency. RAM is colour coded to the RAM slots on the mobo to keep it all looking tidy.

If you have a little more cash to spare consider a 7950 GPU instead. Any questions dont be shy to ask. We can help you with the build i can link a video tut. if you wish, should it help give you some confidence :)

Oh P.S Yes that PSU you have is pants lol

Thanks :)

Would the SSD come with a SATA cable to connect it to the motherboard ?

Will the Motherboard etc come with the screws needed to screw it to the case?

Will the case come with Motherboard Standoff's or would these need to be brought separate?

last time i build a PC - The Thermal Paste was already applied to the CPU/Heatsink - is this the case with the builds listed above or will i need to buy some?

My mobo comes with 4 sata cables. It's not voltage locked like the MSI which helps overclocking. Has a dual BIOS too which is a nice safety feature. My SSD is definately better as it's faster than the crucial and more reliable than the sandisk

Case comes with all the screws needed and standoffs. My shinobi has the side window and an extra fan over lukies. There are cheaper alternatives obviously

The stock heatsink has the paste applied. I used a heatsink which comes with a sachet of paste

No worries bud. Some prices have changed on the 7950s so maybe a respec is in order really to balance things out.

THIS is the video I assume you want?

What would you change?

I dunno mate, dunno if everything is in stock. I'm off in a bit so can't do a spec. Just want to make sure you get everything at the best price you know? I was spec'ing a HIS 7950 yesterday but it came off of offer as people ummm'd and ahhh'd over the specs.

If you are not buying till tomoz, I promise to have a proper look when I'm back later. Of course others members can do spec's now they know you want the 7950 and like the look of my spec.
