Spec me Graphics and Controller

Hi all,

Looking at upgrading my Media PC for my son to play Scrap Mechanic, I have £150 - £200 to spend, What would be a good PCI Express 2.0 Graphics card? Also what sort of either portable wireless keyboards/mouse of game controller would be good for gaming on?

How can you say that?? You don't even know what powersupply he's got, nor do you know I'd case is big enough to house rx480.
