Spec me graphics card for £90-100

Looks decent that mate cheers. What kinda FPS will I be looking at on this card then? Is there a good website to look simply at FPS results? Will be using alongside i3 3220 if that helps. Cheers mate, first build so need to look at all my options and make the right choices.

They are all 150 mate. Too much for the budget and I need it done by easter ideally thats why im looking to spend a little less on the GPU. Thanks for the idea though, already seen them though :P

not convinced it's possible within budget. also noticed you have Corsair Builder Series 430w PSU which isn't great.

I wouldn't recommend anything cheaper than this
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-191-MS&groupid=701&catid=56&subcat=411

requirements for 7850 says
500W (or greater) power supply with one 75W 6-pin PCI Express power connector recommended

bout £200 worth of stuff in total

You could easy run a 7850 on a 430 psu. Hvnt they said a titan can be run on a 550? My mates got a 450 he runs a 5850 on.

6850 on a popular auction site sell for around £60-80

There pretty decent cards and is capable of playing bf3 at high settings around 40-50 fps @1920*1080
will be able to run of that psu aswell

I wouldn't say that you can't still have a decent time gaming on that budget as others have said, sure, a 7850 would be ideal, but a 7770 will still give you a playable experience on most games at 1080p- albeit with settings turned down. I'm sure you weren't expecting to max games on that budget anyway, so as long as you can live with playing at mediumish settings, then a 7770 is adequate for your needs. Look out for offers on older cards, a while ago OCUK had great prices on some OEM GTX 4XX series cards where I picked up a GTX 460 1Gb for £50.

what a load of tosh, The psu is fine, the 7850 consumes a maximum roughly of 100 watts.
So you need 8-9 amps from the 28A of that psu.

As advised you need to be looking at a 7850 or equivalent for 1080p, a 7770 is really for 1680x1050.

Snagged a 6950 for 105 on an auction site and got one from here for 90 quid not so long ago. Most unlock to 6970. Know they are rather old now but they can still max out a lot at 1080p. Seeing as you're running an i3 I'd imagine it wouldn't be a problem power wise although if someone could clarify please?

Yeah I wasn't expecting anything exceptional on the budget. As long as it's an improvement on the PS3 graphics and nothing worse than that, then I will be happy. It's only for moderate gaming anyway I won't be playing many new titles, mostly just older ones and free to plays etc etc.Planetside 2 has caught my eye, so if it can handle that well I'll be fine. I'll have a look at some 6850's and B grade GPU's. Thanks for the help lads. One more thing, you all sure the 430w PSU will be fine?
