Spec Me: HD Multi Media Tower £500

Hey guys, recently got a bit of extra cash flow over the holiday season (Happy Hols btw) and im looking to build a HD PC for my Bedroom. Got a 27 Inch 1080P LG TV/Monitor currently hooked up to a xbox360/ps3/surround sound (5.1). Id wont to do some HD video Encoding on it (TMPGEnc Xpress), some gaming with a few of the new releases, browsing web but mostly out-putting large 1080p files.
So thanks for any help, just need some tower suggestions nothing else such as keyboard/mouse cause got that covered. With a max budget £500

P.S. lil bit of added info, i have a copy of win 7 64 bit an would like it to be quad core if possible,got a 1TB WD External HDD so huge internal HD would be good but not essential, case doesnt have to be special either as itll just be hidden at the side of a TV Stand. A blu ray player/burner would be a nice extra but no biggy, i could get one at a later date-cheers
