Spec ME: HTPC

Hey guys I have been out of the loop on PC stuff for a long time! Last PC I built was about 6 years ago So much so the CPU bums out on streaming any of my stuff through Plex.

So after a cheap full build that is small and powerfull enough to stream content. £300max if possible cheaper

Again I have no idea whats out there just now etc so treat me like a noob

Also for the Silvertone case do I need a SFX PUS or will the normal one you posted fit? Just read it took sfx ones in the description.
