Really needs some help here guys. I'm pretty much clueless when it comes to laptops. I'm looking for a laptop for my girlfriend. It'll be mainly used for a little Photoshop and general web browsing etc. Max budget is £400, but i can stretch to £440 if need be.

Specced this Dell Insipron15 up for £440 but like i said before, i don't really have a clue. :p

Anybody? Surely somebody here knows if this would be ok or not, and if not suggest a alternative. :p

That laptop is fine, but it wont do you any favors if you want to play games.
Really its only games machines that require a lot of thought.
Dell have good builds and are generally good in the customer service dept.

Try checking out their website, you can build to your own spec. Else maybe go for Acer. A lot of the supermarkets have good deals.

Thanks for the reply bushmins. The spec above it slighly personalised to give it a little more power above it's standard spec.

The laptop won't be used for gaming. :)
