spec me ipod touch videos / apps for my holiday

so i go to egypt tomorrow for a fortnight and will be taking the trusty ipod touch for when sunbathing on the beach (if i can see the screen) and while waiting for the missus to get ready on a night. I have quite a lot of apps etc already, but could do with some input for some of your favourites, plus potentially some tv series' etc i can put on
