Spec Me : mATX or smaller Gaming Rig

Using a much of my current rig as possible (in sig)

Looking at changing to i5 2500k set-up or possibly Ivybridge

Looking at keeping my GPU, HDD, SSD and PSU(?)

Spec me a mATX case, MB (either AM3+ or 1155)
