Spec me - Media/work pc Son's first pc

My boy is now the age he needs his own pc,

Wanting to build him a cheap pc for mainly school work/internet and watching 1080p HD movies.

I'd like a full build excluding o/s, monitor and keyboard/mouse and speakers.

Whats your thoughts guys?

Start off with the Primo 130a as a template. If you can do it cheaper or tailor it better to your needs then it's a good value starting point.
