[SPEC ME] Mic that can be used with PC and Astro mixamp

Pretty much what the title says. I don't want to spend to much but I don't want to waste money on a p.o.s. either. The only real requirement is that it can't be worn like a headset, I'll be wearing my pair of AD700's*. So, can someone please help me?


*I'm aware that there's a microphone mod for the AD700's but it's not for me.

As above, Antlion Modmic is probably the best bet. Only available from Antlion directly, but it seems they are only taking pre orders at the moment. Looks like they are waiting for an updated model to be ready. They are roughly 25 pounds though, so not exactly cheap.

Thanks. I'll have to keep an eye on this... maybe, wait for a review. It is pretty pricey but I'm willing to pay if the product is good enough.
