Looking for some recommendations for a new board for a

It is to fit in a Corsair Carbide case, with one graphics card, probably a 970 or a AMD 390. I think and correct me if I am wrong that I can use either DDR3 or DDR4, so no preference there!
Hopefully it comes with 4 or more USB 3 ports and a couple of USB 2 at least.
HDMI out, Gbit lan and audio is required as well.
Running 3 screens off of the graphics card and I use the built in HDMI to feed a small 5 inch screen for my dashboard. Only ever running Iracing and possibly DCS World flying sims..
Not too fussed about any over clocking ability as I know it will be tough to OC the CPU anyway. Hopefully not more than £100.
