Hi All,

~£700 budget, need these 4 components only.

Additional info:
* Primarily for Gaming @ 1920 x 1080
* I want Nvidia over ATI
* I want Intel over AMD
* Already have a Thermalright IFX-14 CPU Cooler (Socket AM2LGA775) with 2x120mm fans - Happy to buy a new CPU cooler if required at additional cost
* Already have a couple of Samsung SpinPoint's in RAID-0 - Unsure if this effects the decisions?
* Already have an Enermax Galaxy 1000W EGX1000EWL ATX2.2 - I assume this is still OK to keep?

Tbh I'd go for a GTX 770, i7, better mobo and RAM therefore leaving space for more RAM. Might I ask what you need extra RAM for?

770 is more than enough for gaming at 1080p.
 
To be honest, I doubt that faster RAM will make much of a difference, to my knowledge only APU's benefit in a massive way from faster RAM, other platforms may have a marginal difference.
