Spec me MoBo+CPU+Memory £220

Need an upgrade for a workhorse PC (office stuff and scanning and retouching photos). I have £220 to play with and was thinking about:

AMD Athlon II X4 Quad Core 620 2.60GHz (Socket AM3)
Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3P AMD 770 (Socket AM3) PCI-Express DDR3 Motherboard
Plus 4Gb memory.

(I have a Raptor HD and a reasonable PCI express graphics card but this is not my gaming rig)

Ideas/advice ?

If the RAM is DDR3 then thats a good setup for what to you want to do with it.

Ram prices are a killer atm, you pay the same for the cpu as you do for decent 4gb ram atm.

This RAM is fairly cheap compared with other DDR3 kits and its very good.
