make that distilled water if possible, and also make sure that's not an issue for your panel type.

I have a pack of these lint free cloths.

Great for large TV's and monitors.
And a bottle of AF screen cleaner spray. Don't bother with the tube of pre-wet wipes, they go dry not long after opening.

That's the one. Just a couple mists over the cloth does the trick. Evaporates without any residue.
I've had that bag of cloths a couple years now and still over half full.
