Spec me motherboard/ram/cpu replacement circa £200

Hi all

Could the knowledgable of ocuk help me with an upgrade please? My current pc is as follows:

Opteron 165 @ 3400mhz
4gb ddr2 RAM (can't remember speed..)
Samsung 465gb 840 ssd
Asus m4a79xtd evo
1000w psu (can't remember which one but I got it a year or so ago)
Cross fired ATI 280x's
Watercooled

As of right now I'm getting lots of crashes even at stock so I believe either the mb/ram/cpu is to blame. As they are all old tech now, they probably need replacing anyway.

So, bearing in mind my above setup what cpu/ram/mb would you guys recommend with 200ish pound to spend? (Might go beyond it if it really warrants it) also I've always been amd but have no problem going intel. :)

You need a board that ideally does 8X/8X for both PCI_E slots that the gfx cards sit in, thats not going to be that cheap just by itself not leaving much for cpu+ram.
