spec me my dads pc?

Hello all would you be willing to spec me a pc?

I am looking for the cheapest avalible. However please tell me if it is worth going slightly higher if there is a lot of difference


I already have


Pentium 4 3.4ghz lga775
2gb DDR2 dual channel 667mhz (4-4-4-12)
250gb SATA II maxtor
ASrock cheapass motherboard (Supports pci express 16x and crossfire)


I am looking for a graphics card and monitor to complment this outfit.

Im going to donate a Zalman 9700, logitech g15 and a microsoft habu to it.



What would you recommend?

If he doesn't game much go for the OCUK 7300GT and the HannsG 19" widescreen.

I'd say the same, but if he's going for the absolute cheapest then there's better choices.
