Spec me my next upgrade.

Hey folks any ideas for my next system upgrade. I've got a idea but I'd like to see what people come up with.

Say Budget up to £200.

Current setup.

I7 920 D0 @ 4ghz
Tranquillo cpu cooler
Asus P6T SE mobo
6gb Patriot DDR3 12800 (3x2gb)
Gigabyte GTX 460 768mb
Samsung 1tb HDD
XFX Pro 650W Core Edition
Samsung 223bw monitor
Logictech G11 keyboard
logictech G500

Main uses are gaming and just general browsing etc.

So what do you suggest/what would you do?

SSD was my thought tbh, is it a really noticeable difference in boot times etc? I like my pc just to work, when I click on something I like it to load none of this waiting around etc.

Also what are rated as decent SSD's these days?

SSD's are fast, no doubt about it, look at a Crucial M4 or Corsair Force.

I presume there no backward compatability issues between SATA 3 & 2? (My mobo being 2) Other than the obvious limitations in speeds.

If the system struggles with games on highest settings then get a new GPU. 2GB 6950 or GTX560Ti. If not 128GB SSD or 24" or 27" monitor.

No worries, I have used a SATAIII SSD myself ooion a SATAII board, not only do you get the boost from the SSD, you get another when you finally swap the board for one with SATAIII ports.
