You would need DDR3 Ram which is more expensive and not worth it over DDR2 currently.

Looks fine mate, personally I would go vista and get 4Gb ram but thats just my choice.

edit - you do know the P45 mobo only has 2 x 8x for crossfire, you need X38/X48 for 2 x 16x.
