Spec me - New Mobo

ok well my asus crosshair AM2 mobo seems to have problems with any graphics card i use, like its not seated properly, fan on graphics card spins 100% and then bleeps it works every so often if you have the card in the right place, but wont last for long.. Its happened quite a few times before so I’m just going to change it any ideas what mobo to get? I’m using a BFG 260 maxcore, no special requirements really just a reliable board. looking at spending no more than about £50-60.

Does it not have some warranty left or anything? Would be good if you could just send it back to Asus and get it fixed/replaced

i have no idea to be honest, i bought it about a month after it came out so i doubt it.. might just put it on ebay sombody might be able to fix it / find a use for it.

This Gigabyte looks a tidy little board for sub £60. But £2 over your budget would get you an Asus BIOS environment which you're obviously use to - Asus M4N78 SE nForce 720D.
