I'm looking for a pay-as-you-go phone for my younger brother.
He's looking for a "cool" 'flip-phone' with a camera and bluetooth.
Budget: £100.

Yep - I can't argue with the V3 for sexiness - IRC T-Mobile are doing the V3 in Pink with 1p change

But, I like the Samsung E350 - the baby brother of the d500. If sliding phones are your thing...

Shop around and I think you can bag one for £100
