I'm in the midle of building new pc. So far i ordered GTX 260, PSU, RAM ddr3, HDD.
I was gonna go for i7 but with more reading i'm playing with idea of going for phenom II. I never had an AMD system so need bit of help.
System will mostly be used for gaming.
Should i go dual core way ie Phenom II X2 550 and try to unlock the other cores?
Or shall i just get Phenom II X4 Quad Core 955 Black Edition thats on this week only?
Which mobo would be the best for this? Also which cooler would you recomend? Something silent.
I need case as well, was gonna go for CM 690 but its out of stock and ocuk has no estimate when its gonna be back in stock again so will end up either ordering it somewhere else or go for thermaltake v9.
For i7 build i had ~£500 left for cpu, mobo, case, cooling and optical drive.
