yes pillows and  before anyone else

So my pillows are slowly destroying my neck as it is constantly sore and getting worse by the month.

I've already had memory foam, pocket spring, polyester, the list of pillows goes on.

Anyway I decided to take time to research suitable pillows. I am mostly a side and back sleeper and have decided I want a Latex and a Buckwheat pillow and my wife can have the one I don't prefer - she's not fussy.

Now I've never spent more than £10 for a pillow but looking around these 2 types are quite expensive. Seeing as a third of my day is spent using a pillow, I figure it's a good investment for the right one.

There are some nice ones on Amazon.com but the shipping fee is highway robbery so within the UK it seems that Dunlopillo is the latex brand to go for. So far I am interested in their 'Super Comfort' and 'Zoned Comfort' models. Does anyone have any experience with them before I fork out good dollar?

Also any good Buckwheat pillow suggestions please?

Get a couple of Japanese body pillows.

we stayed at the metropolitan hotel in bangkok, they had oversized eiderdown pillows, which were heaven
so once back in the UK we bought the biggest down pillows we could find, and they are the nuts

Get yourself some Siberian goose down and feather pillows from John Lewis. Supportive, not too soft or firm, just perfect.

Duck down pillows, or any down pillow for that matter are, as said above the mutts nuts.
I hate synthetic pillows with a passion, so clingy and they make you feel all hot and bothered.. Urrgh

Spend a night at your nearest Marriott and book the "extra feather pillows" option to try before you buy. Also a good gesture to the missus for a night away ;) ;)

I have a Dunlopillo latex pillow and I find it really confortable and it doesnt ever lose its shape or get flattened. It did cost £50 but am glad I bought it all the same.

Thanks Bear. Which do you have? I'm interested in either the Super Comfort or the Zoned Comfort but I'm undecided
