Spec me please (Im so out of the loop)

Hello guys , any help appreciated , im looking to build a machine for gaming and general photoshopping/ music software .

Ive got a budget of around £500-£600

Dont worry about including a keyboard / mouse ..

Just the tower spec and the moniter .

I havent been keeping uptodate with whats hot and whats not since leaving my IT job to go in sales .

I assume you'd be needing an OS as well? Or do you have that covered? Would you say photoshop and 'music software' are more important to you than gaming (so we know whether to focus on the CPU or GPU)?

Wanted HDD space?

Dual or Quad / RAM / GFX (If known)

Heavy gaming or just mid range?

HDMI system?

Size of monitor?

Any of these will help

Bare in mind there is NO software included in that build, so if you need an OS as well it will need ot be reconfigured

My very similar spec:

Like Edward's, this does not include an OS which would be another £70 or so. If this is out of your price range and you do not have an OS you could use then we'll have to scale things back a bit.
