Spec me please - Vista PC

Hi - Can someone spec me a reasonable intel duo2 system, i dont need a monitor or a gfx card as i have an x1800xt that i can use, also dont need keyboard or mouse or speakers. Case wise just something black thats relatively cheap and i would like the system to be quiet, i doubt i would overclock it. Sound can come from on-board and i would need a MB that had onboard LAN aswell.

I would want to run vista on it so assume i just need the oem?

what have you got now, if your running that graphics I would expect the rest of your rig to be reasonable and therefore up to vistas without a problem

Its a packard bell pre made jobbie, quite new but it was an insurance replacement, its a intel 2.8 D 820 and 1 gig of ram, problem is there are no other spare ram slots,, so to go to 2 gig i have to buy another 2 gig as its currently 2 x 512. Was thinking of building a second machine and keeping this one as a spare as i would like to clock the new one.

So i need a cpu/mb/ram/cooler (quiet)/case/HD/PSU

No idea on the case, sorry.

Basically I will spec you what I myself ordered :

E4300
Asus P5N-E SLI 775 motherboard
Corsair 520 watt SLI ready (quiet)
Geil 2GB 6400 ram (it is the 146 pounds stuff)
