Spec me please!

Hi there guys, looking to upgrade and have a budget of £650, and within that price would like, and x2 processor, 2gb RAM, a decent GFX, and a good quiet and cool case, can stretch to £700 (but would like to keep it under £650)

can someone spec me a comp ? Please

EDIT:would just like to say, wanna use the the computer for gaming (max settings doesnt bother me - but would be nice)

video editing/photoshop (for uni stuff)

kool, but i already have a DVD writer so i can take that out, and get a bigger HDD


any variations?

EDIT: do you think it would really make a difference, if i got 2gb OcUK RAM or 1Gb GSkill? (as i know this comes with good timings)
