Looks good, though i would recommend the NEC dvd-rw drives, ive used almost every brand NEC always been the best for me.

Also i think the HDA soundcard has that extra oomph over the Creative.

Still though, be a beast :D
 
Either should be fine, McDaniel's ought to be faster 'out the box' so to speak but yours possibly offers more in the way of overclocking potential due to better Ram. The Wavemaster isn't supposed to have very good airflow but it seems well built, the Armour looks like an ugly case to me but then I don't have to look at it :)

I'd agree about the change to NEC as I've got a 3500 and it excellent.
