I'll have a budget of around £250-£300 not much I know but having the graphics card should help abit. 
I'll be playing on a 22" Monitor, can't remember what Res that is, it's been a while since I've done some gaming. 
Processor: Yep, no preference, AMD or Intel.
Motherboard: Yes
Memory: Yes, would prefer 4gig.
Graphics Card(s): No, I have a Ati 4850.
TV Card: No
Hard Drive(s): Yes, 250gig should be enough.
Optical Drive(s): Yes
Cooling: Stock Cooling should be enough unless needed.
Water Cooling: No
Cable(s): If needed.
Sound Card: Onboards fine
Controller Card(s): No
Case: No, got a nice one.
Power Supply: Yes
