Looking for a sub £200 23" monitor, will only be used for gaming and surfing sur la net. Thanks

If you can stretch the budget a little, I'd go for the Dell U2312HM IPS Panel at £219. I have the older 23' model in that range and found it great for gaming, movies and surfing. Colour clarity is fantastic and the 2312HM has one of the lowest input lag rates of any TFT monitor.

I'm not sure how other 23' monitors currently perform. Someone else might have an idea.
