First off this will be used solely for gaming,Ive got everything apart from Cpu,mobo and graphics card.Id like to spend no more than £350 but could go a little higher.

You might want to think about spending a little extra on a 3rd party cooler as the stock one is very loud. Something like this would be an improvement:
