Spec me PSU and CPU cooler plz

Hey am looking for a modular PSU to power a sandybridge setup with a GTX 480.. so im guessing around 650-700w.. im not going to be doing SLI in the near fututure but not out the question and also need a CPU cooler, i will be O/C my CPU so a decent one would be good... i was thinking of one of the new Bequiet ones?

I have £120 for both

Other choice for the cooler is the Akasa Venom

Looks better aesthetically

performs identically (if not a tiny bit better

no, it cant even beat the xmas edition with two viper fans attached - http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/cooling/2010/05/20/akasa-venom-cpu-cooler-review/2

this being the xmas edition - http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/cooling/2009/12/11/titan-fenrir-cpu-cooler-xmas-edition-review/1 which shares the same fan as the EVO
