Spec me PSU for haswell

hi all,
just about to order my latest upgrades.
im running, a WC loop with 1 pump, 2 HDD's and an SSD, haswell i5 and a 6870.

have no interest in Crossfire either
case is an NZXT phantom

so could someone spec me a PSU :)
looking to spend at max £80~

i was under the impression only certain PSU's were compatible?

Yes they work, the "Haswell compatible" thing is a bit of "much a do about nothing" and involves some older PSU's not being able to supply a new low voltage required for one of Haswells power saving sleep states.

These sleep states can easily be turned off in the BIOS.

is there any benefit for getting the Antec over the seasonic and vice versa?

I wonder how much the PSU companies paid Intel to put that in just so we all got rid of perfectly good PSU's.
