Spec me smallest pc u can

Want it for media streaming, web browsing and some light gaming ..and to have low power consumption...so been looking at the amd llano.

Have some questions...

How good is llanos apu
What psu wud I need..
Can I get external psu
How small do CPU coolers get

With this info.. Could you spec me a really really teeny computer... Like the size dell made ( think it was called bamboo)

Looks cool. A tad overpriced though...
