Spec me some 2-player games

Looking for games that can be used on the same computer with two players, two gamepads and playing at the same time, just like you get with a console (I don't own one hence the question).
Preferably racing games, but anything helps!

I haven't found many;
Sega Rally Revo has two-player, but not compatible with two pads. One can use a pad and the other the keyboard, which makes it a little one-sided.
Flatout 2 doesn't have it
Colin Mcrae: Dirt doesn't have it
Trackmania United doesn't have it

Help me find some!

download a 16 bit console emulator (mega drive/snes) and play some classics! used to love doing that at school!

For this, I'd suggest you use Pinnacle Game Profiler. You can map a controller to be equivalent to any keyboard buttons, and so use a second controller for it.

Also, Pro Evo would be a good bet.
