spec me some 4GB RAM sticks (8GB total)

im looking to upgrade my RAM for my PC, its an mini -ITX PC, so only 2 RAM slots. i am looking at the corsair XM3 4GB sticks and am wondering if they are any good.

What motherboard? It's difficult to answer a question like that without this information. Also, it's worth checking the manufacturer's QVL list to see what sticks they recommend.

DFI haven't qualified any 4G RAM modules for that board..

That's not to say it won't run with 4G modules though.

my manual says up to 8GB, so im assuming it does. the question is whats worth getting? my budget is about £200 and they can not be higher then the 2GB XMS3 kits.
