Hi Guys,

I have recently got back into cycling, generally going out about 3 times a week after work. However, with the daylight fast fading in the evenings now, I am wondering if you can spec me a set of lights.

Don't really have a budget per se, I guess anything reasonable, ideally that come with rechargeable batteries if possible, and able to either clip on the top of my helmet, or on the handle bars.

Much appreciated for your help!

Cool! Thank you all for the replies and the suggestions, as I said I don't really have a budget, as I don't know what one would consider reasonable for bike lights?

Its something that's never crossed my mind before as I have never really done any night riding.

Keep the suggestions coming in, I will look into all of the ones people have mentioned so far!

To be honest, its a complete mixture, involves cycling around golf courses, through fields and forests, and road riding in between.

A lot of the places I ride are poorly lit at the best of times so I guess I'm not overly worried about the rear light, as long as it works.

Thinking probably a decent light on the front (one that is used to be seen) with a more powerful light on the helmet (to see) so that I can switch it off when I'm riding on the road.

Think that would probably be the best of all scenarios.

So probably looking to spend about £200 max for all lights I think.

Thank you for your help :)
