Would echo the people who have said Dark Knight, played that as my first blu-ray on my tv/blu-ray combo (50" Panny Plasma and Panny BR player) i got and it was simply jaw dropping picture quality.

So far I have on my wishlist:

2001 A Space Oddesy
Transformers 1
Iron Man 1
Tangled (love this film!)
Pirates of the Carrabian (not sure about this, like the films, but not enough to shell out for a blu ray... Will be mainly a purchase only for picture quality over the actual film sadly)

Any more ideas?
