Spec me some case fans - HIGH CFM!

Hey all, what fans would you recommend for a Corsair 540 Case? Needs to be high CFM for the upcoming summer months! Not worried about the noise as I use speedfan and can control them through the motherboard to turn them down when not gaming.

I've always used Akasa Vipers and/or Piranhas. Good CFM and SP too, and triple pack is a bit cheaper in the discount fan bundle section

If available Arctic P12/P14 PWM would be darn good, especially for the price.

Car's top speed when dropped from airplane and amount of noise its engine can make when sitting stationary on parking lot with gear at neutral aren't very usefull.

Akasa 120 mm Viper Fan - PWM High Performance Super Silent S-Flow
- Max airflow: 83.63 CFM (141.75 m3/h)
- Max static air pressure: 2.98 mm H2O
- Noise level: 6.9 -28.9 dB(A)

Theyre good fans but very noisy at full pelt like a jet engine I'm swapping mine for some be quiet silent wings the vipers do shift air though just waiting for my new fans to come then I'll be selling the vipers

What I'll probably do is wack it up to full pelt while gaming, then drop them back down when idling in Windows.

Should do the job for you mate I used to have them on a rad and fan controller and they were great

Looks similar to the Apache that I have but with higher possible RPM. It's a good fan, shifts a lot of air and is quiet at the same time

Hey matey, the Akasa 120 mm Viper Fan arrived today and it certainly looks the part (need to shorten the rubber mounts). Upon testing my fans though I found that my CPU fan which is a Corsair SP 120 has a slight ticking, so I've replaced that with the Cougar Vortex PWM 120mm Fan CF-V12HP and will replace the other CPU fan soon swapping that with another Cougar Vortex PWM.

As for the front I need to order another two Akasa to have three at front
