Spec me some case fans plz!

Hi guys, i want to upgrade my case fans as i just got an 8800GTX and that badboy gives off a lot of heat.
my case is a Thermaltake Tsunami Dream (with the side window) so it needs 2 x 120mm fans and 1 x 80mm fan that goes in the side window.

I already have a Zalman 9700NT on my Athlon FX-62 so the CPU is sorted but case temps have definitely risen since i put the 8800 in, and i cant be bothered with water cooling just now

any advice greatly appreciated.

Yate Loon, Scythe, Noctua and Silenx all do good silent fans

Cheap, and if they're anything like other Arctic Cooling stuff I've had, they'll be just about silent.

I just picked up some 120mm yate loons and they are amazing for the price shift a ton of air silently and at £5 each they are the perfect fans.

Get one of these and stick it beneath your 8800gtx and it will pull the air straight out of the case rather than allowing it heat the surrounding components

jimmyjimmyo are you running your Yate Loons at 12v?

as OcUK don't do the Loons, are the Xilence fans a good alternative? They shift 68CFM @ 21db compared to the Loon's 47CFM @ 28db....

Sorry yeah mine are at 12v and tbh they are still silent I was going to 7v them but I cant hear them above the evga fan on my 680i mobo (that is a whiney little piece of crap )

I only used mine for a few days until I fitted a waterblock to my 8800gtx. It was not that bad and really shifted a lot of the heat as the inlet port is directly below the outlet on the 8800gstock cooler and you could feel the heat being taken out

They dont seem to get mentioned on here too often but Sharkoon 'golf ball' 1000 fans are very quiet and at 7v I have to put my ear right next to it to hear anything.
