Are the solid cacoa blocks solely for cooking?

Without a doubt.

The Green and blacks and Lindt types are all fair nad good but we got a trial of the hotel chocolat stuff.

all the high street brands were lown out of the water, milk, dark white they were all very very nice and I aint that big a fan of milk.
