Currently Run 4*1 GB of the Geil 800mhz ULL is good memory alright but when benching at 4.1Ghz+ I cant keep the timings as tight as I would like... any suggestions on what to replace it with?

PC5300 Crucial Ballistix.

they go bang too easy unless u get a good set, and crucial's rma service is very poor latley because of this

what speedsd are u wanting to run the ram do u want watercooled?

well minium would be 4-4-4-12 @ 1000mhz tighter if possible, not sure if you can run 4 * 1 GB at 1T command rate? but would be nice if possible!

I'd go for the Crucial Ballistix too.

Maybe a lot more than usual are failing because people are trying to run them at the suggested 2.2v when there's no need to run them that high.

Well mine need 2.2V to run at 1200Mhz. Anything less and they fail at Orthos. I do however have active cooling on them, keeps them nice and cool.

the crucial balistix Tracer pc6400 use micron d9 ics and clock like mofos.

i just got 4 sticks direct from crucual and clock way high and also clock at 1000 4.4.4.8 T1 with ease..

you could also get OCZ Sli Read pc8500 those use micron d9s and also clock like crazy becuse i have a set of those aswell.. ;)
