Spec me some earphones £50.

So after my 2nd pair of Shure earphones failing (SE110) due to shoddy wiring I need a new pair of headphones, I liked the over the ear design of the Shure headphones, shame they had such poor build quality. Any ideas?

Are those the ones that come with the SE110's? I found them to be very comfortable and provide a perfect seal, do they come with the PL's?

I suppose really I should just get some custom molded silicone ones as they'd be guaranteed to work perfectly.

Less than one month and the PL50's are falling apart, that must be a new record, such poor build quality I've never seen before.

They were bought from hifi headphones.

Ok my replacement pair has now just fallen apart in exactly the same way also, this seems to be a common issue with these series of earphones. Can anyone reccomend a different make of earphones in the same price range?

Here is a picture of the new PL50's which broke, this time using my proper camera. You can see how the wires have disconnected from it.

Who manufactures the RE0's? Since I will be getting a replacement product the headphones need to be sold at hifiheadphones.co.uk
