Spec me some fans please?

So that's the second one of my Lian Li Uni fans that have failed on me since they got released and yeah suffice to say I'm not very happy with them at all. In a perfect world I'd be able to get Noctua's that come complete with stonkingly good RGB but as I don't believe they exist yet I need some recommendations please.

They're to go on pretty thick/dense rads and need RGB front and back as some will be in pull, will need a good rgb/fan controller
 
Arctic now do a P12 A-RGB 120mm fan which would be worth a look but I don't think they're available in 140mm.
I bought some Alpenfohn RGB fans and and have decent static pressure and are quieter than the fractal design case fans.
 
I bought the fans recommended by Jayztwocents as they were so cheap it didn't matter if they were crap and ended up buying another set as well. £30 for 5 (120mm) with a controller. Been running 24/7 with all the RGB bling for over 18 months and still good.
