spec me 10 games

ive never really played any consoles, only use the controller on my pc for gaming. so find me some games that will convince me that this 360 purchase is going to be worth it.

the games im after is anything that doesnt involve hardcore fps. such as CoD4 cos i have that on the pc and can play it better on the pc... stuff like that. anything thats a major hit on the pc i probably have. also, no games like GTA4 cos i simply dont have time to fath around playing rpg's on consoles, maybe on the pc but not anymore :(

No worries, I highly recommend PGR3/4 and Burnout revenge if you're even slightly into racers and FEAR and bioshock are superb, quirky, non-intense FPS games that you really have to play.

Geometry Wars and Dead rising are two of my favourite games that don't always get mentioned in these threads.

ive got bioshock on the pc, never did complete it because of the annoying 5.1 sound bug i always got. but a brilliant game non the less. dead rising.. played that round a mates once, was fun, but i dont see me buying it lol. im a huge fan of racing games, i got grid on the pc, so might get PGR4 and see how that goes :D

Mass Effect (got this on the pc, but it seems to be a console game...)
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Double Agent (i LOVED the first lot that was on the original xbox)
GRAW 2
PGR4

thats it atm, im about to go dig up the games my cousin gave me which i think was GoW and GRAW 1

you're gonna be seriously limiting your choices if cut out fps's on a 360..

but maybe:

Don't know why you want Mass Effect on your 360, seriously, you have a beast of a PC so it'll look and run way better on that than on the 360. The framerate issues, tearing, loading and texture issues on the 360 version are really annoying me.

ah, thanks for the heads up then :)

ill keep it to the pc, that frees up a spot for another game...

as said above, is assassin's creed any good? i played it a bit on the pc and got bored so quickly cos there seems to be nothing to it other than fathing around.

Its assassin ;), and yes it does get quite repetitive, the whole game consists of either killing someone, pickpocketing someone, beating someone for info, or eavesdropping, the free running aspects and graphics are excellent though. Personally I enjoyed it!
