Basically I want some few new fans for push pull on a Corsair H50.

Im not sure the 2 on at the moment are putting enough air flow through.

If anyone could point me in the direction of a fan that provides good airflow and is fairly quiet that would be good

Cheers

:)

You'll need fans that have high static pressure as the fins density on the h50 is high. Some Akasa vipers or scythe gentle typhoons should fit the bill perfectly.

I suppose it depends what you are looking for.

Lower noise/Good cooling or Higher noise/Better cooling.

For some noise is not an issue. Get yourself a couple of deltas and put them in push/pull.

Hmm well I'll go with the Vipers and see how those are!
If they're not too bad I'll replace the front case fans aswell (Antec900)

Just so I know are those 'Deltas' the brand name or model, who makes them?

Delta is the name of the manufacturer and there fans have a sort of legendary status amongst enthusiasts due to the amount of air flow they produce (not to mention the noise). There’s lots of videos on Youtube demonstrating the power of Delta fans and there’s one video I’ve seen where someone was able to ‘suck’ a DVD of the desk which got stuck to the under side of the Delta fan, simply amazing power.

The following consists of fans I personally would consider in no particular order :

Scythe Gentle Typhoon 120mm 1850 RPM

Akasa AK-FN058 Apache Black

Zalman ZM-F3

Yate Loon D12SM-12

was thinking of getting the scythe myself, ive got a couple of noctua fans on mine from my old (first gen noctua cpu cooler ).
..just wondering if these would be an improvement?

I'm running three Akasa Viper fans on a 360 Rad mounted on the outside rear of the case set to PWM in Bios. Even at 1700+ can't hear them at all and my PC is right next to me.
