spec me some headphones

looking for a decent pair of headphones for jogging, ideally sub £100

tried using the sets bundled with my samsung phone and the set that came with my iphone but they just seem to always wiggle out. so priority has to be something that will stay in place easily, and a bit of sound quality would be nice too.

suggestions welcome guys and girls

You're gonna be running, their will be outside noise, vehicles, wind, your feet slapping on the road...couple of dogs borking and lets not get started on the screaming slugs. Their will come a point where the sound quality difference between a £130 and £30 headphones will be marginal at best.
